As a Senior Consultant , Training Human Right Indonesian NGOs; Working in collaboration with Human Rights Working Group (HRWG)
Indonesia, as main consultant for the project I have managed all process of the trainings, from preparing the materials to the
implementation and evaluation of the workshops for about 20 Indonesian NGOs. Reported to the client (Particip GmbH of Germany) the
workshops have been aiming to create implementable effective communications plans in certain campaign activities in Indonesia. My
key responsibilities as the training expert include designing and delivery of workshops programs (outlining of modules and work plan,
drafting of workshop materials, exercises, etc) to the delivery and reporting the results of the workshops
